Is trampolining dangerous?

No Trampolines are not dangerous providing they are used correctly and safely and under parental supervision. To stay safe it is strongly recommended to only let one person on the trampoline at a time, this will lower the changes of collisions and bouncing to high. All children should be supervised by a parent when using a trampoline and you should make sure the trampoline mat is not wet when in use.
